Beach Teams 2025

Beach Volleyball is one of the best ways to cross train in volleyball, it's easy on the knees, great for conditioning, helps develop overall skills since each player plays all positions, in duo's, and it is very good way to increase eye work on the court as well. Plus it's very fun!

 

Volleyball club experience required
All athlete's must be very good indoor players for their age

BR Beach does not accept beginner players, or anyone who has less than 1 year of select club team indoor
Sign up as a two person team is suggested however single entrants are also accepted

 

What are the steps to Join the Beach Teams 2025?

1.)   Fill out the Player Registration Form:  click here    

2.)   Pay $350 Deposit  click here

Payments can be made at the Blue Royals website Pay Online Tab, all credit cards accepted, no fee added.

 

Who is accepted into Beach Teams?

Before April 1:  Blue Royals Indoor Athlete's Priority 

After April 1:    Any Other Club's Athlete's are Accepted, Registration is open now to be on roster

 

Season Practice Dates (all teams)

Tuesday's:  June 3, 10, 17, 24 July 1, 8, 15, 22, 29  Aug 5, 12

Wednesday's:  June 4, 25  July 2   

Thursday's:  June 5, 12, 19, 26 July 10, 17, 24, 31 Aug 14

 

Included "Friendly" Tournament Dates  
June 11, July 9, Aug 14   ( high school teams )
June 18, July 16, Aug 14 (Middle School teams)

 

Practice Schedule by Team Age

4-6pm  Girls  /  Boys  High School ( accept players who play up on HS club teams too )

6-8pm  Girls /  Boys   Middle School ( players are all club experienced )

Cost  $1,450  Season Tuition  (  Blue Royals Indoor receive $200 off ) 

1.)  $350 due at registration

2.)  $550 due on June 3

3.)  $550 due on July 3

Sibling Discount $250 off the second athlete's tuition, take $250 off payment July 3.

Blue Royals Indoor Discount  $200 off the season cost, making $450 due on June 3 & July 3.

*Sibling discount and the BR indoor discount both can apply, saving $450 off the second sibling.

Gear Fee 

Two competition tank tops are included in the season cost.

An online Gear Shop will be emailed to Athlete's to Order extra gear that is highly suggested but optional.

  

Not Included

Beach Team fee's don't cover local or travel tournament fee's, those are added fee's that are flexible, parents decide which tournaments and how many tournaments to attend each summer.  Each local weekend tournament costs about $75 per player.

 

Note

We reserve the right to select the most experienced players for this Beach Team and to cancel the deposit if needed due to any reason.  Any athlete may be removed for any reason, with season fee being pro rated.

  

More Details

What if I go on vacation?  Is that ok?    Yes, everyone is going on vacation, this program is flexible, the same price for all, even if missing a week or two, it is totally ok.  Players should attend as much as possible but it's totally ok to miss it too.  The cost is a firm cost no matter misses.

 

Do I have to get a partner?  We highly suggest a partner but it's not required, we accept single athlete's and will put them with other singles.

 

If my partner is absent, should I still attend practices?  Yes, everyone should attend the training.  They will play with another person that day but that is also fun and will be a good challenge for them too.

 

Does the club put a tournament schedule out to the teams?  No, we used to do that and all our teams would end up filling up the tournament and playing each other!  Now, we offer two in house tournaments, between all our similar aged teams, and we let parents book out any tournaments they want to do on their own schedule, it means we end up not always playing our own teams at events this way, which is better!

 

Is there a gear package included?  Yes, athlete's will have a gear package which is two included competition tank tops.  Optional gear will be provided at added cost, highly suggest leggings, hoodie, and tee shirt, all with club name.

 

Can parents or family spectate?  Yes, we practice at Willis Tucker Sand courts, surrounded by grassy open area, parents bring blankets and/or chairs and can watch practice as long as they do not interfere with the coaching, or interfere with their player's focus.
