Blue Royals offers private training to any athlete with more than 2 years of club experience (from any club).

Blue Royals accepts our own Blue Royals athletes with any level of experience (must be on a club indoor team).

Required Paperwork

1.)  print out USAV valid Membership Form and bring to gym to show coach

2.)  print out two forms attached below and read the required info in the attachment 

There are directions to fill out the forms online and send back as a PDF via email.

We will be in touch with you within 2-3 days after receipt of your Private Request Form.

Paperwork is required at the private lesson to be in the gym with the coach.

Payment is made directly to the Coach.
